Canadian Apartment Investment Conference

In 2008, this highly-focused, one-day business forum will address key issues and examine emerging trends, issues, opportunities, and strategies in Canada’s multi-unit residential market. The program will include sessions of specific interest to small, medium, and large institutional owners and will include numerous networking opportunities.
The conference will provide some good quality insights on how owners of apartments can create value in their portfolio. Due to the very strong interest in the multi-unit residential sector from private buyers, pension funds and institutions, foreign investors, and publicly-traded real estate entities, more than 575 executives are expected to attend this year’s event.
